Users can easily add external storage solutions directly from MindManager and access their remotely stored files like they would their local files. You can also save your maps to cloud storage services.
To add a cloud storage service account to your MindManager configuration, you can either enter credentials of an account you already own or create a brand new account directly from the Manage Online Locations dialog.
You can rename cloud storage places that you've added to simplify managing maps and projects. Click File > Manage Online Locations, Open or Save As, click Add Place, click Rename beside the cloud storage service, and type a name in the Display Name box.
If you haven't logged in to your storage service beforehand, you will be asked for your credentials to access the page where you can manage your share permissions.
When you open a map from a cloud storage service, the system status overlay appears in the top-left corner of the mapping window. The system status overlay is a group of icons that displays relevant information about the status of the file that you’re working on. For more information, see Work with the system status overlay.
You can also open a map for a cloud storage service by clicking File > New from Template, clicking Open Locations in the Map Chooser.
